An okay stay. Nothing special.
cold room limited selection
The room felt quite cold. The heating didn't seem to work properly. breakfast wasn't great either. The selection was pretty limited. i found the lack of variety disappointing. I expected more from a hotel with this rating.

basic room unavailable hot drinks
this location seemed fine. the staff where helpful and friendly.
the room was a letdown, it felt pretty basic. the decor didn't extend to rooms on the upper floors i stayed. also, the machine with hot drinks used during breakfast wasn't available at other times. this was not good.

basic room broken tv
the room felt quite basic and showed some wear. the promised walk-in shower was not available, only a bath. this became difficult as i am taller. the tv also did not function .

The reception staff welcomed me warmly and addressed all my needs promptly. I was grateful for their assistance with storing my luggage. they provided extra tea bags and milk upon request. i also appreciated their helpful recommendations for local attractions.
i noticed that the hot drinks machine, accessible during breakfast, was unavailable at other times, a small inconvenience.
